My husband and I are in the process of adopting our daughter from China. I am making this site so that all of our friends and family can follow us in our journey to Jaden Elise Poeppelmeier.
We are not too far along in the process. We have all of our documents together and we have completed our homestudy. Now we are waiting for the homestudy to be written up and sent to immigrations so that we can recieve our I171H. We have been told that this could take up to 13 weeks due to the fact that the New Orleans office has been moved to Memphis. We hope to be DTC by the end of January. Hope is the key word. Everyone in our family is so looking foward to our new addition and I cant wait to share it with everyone.
