Disney part 4!

Our final day with the Spruill family started off to be a great day! We decided to spend the day at Typhoon Lagoon. I will admit that I was not looking forward to this day at all. I am not a water park person nor do I like wearing a swimsuit in front of hundreds of people. But after a few minutes there and seeing some of the things I saw I looked damn good in my suit. Men that or over 60 and at least 200 pounds so so not be wearing a speedo!
Of course what would a Disney park be without a character picture? After that we headed to the kids section where Jaden had a blast!


I faced one of my biggest fears while here. I am deathly afraid of sharks. I have decided that is how I will die is by a shark attack so I avoid them at all cost. I dont get in the water when we go to the ocean because I know they are out there just waiting for a chance to take a bite out of me! At this water park you could swim with sharks! So I worked up my nerve and did it! Caroline and I did this together and it was great! It was salt water so you just floated on top as they swam below you! I loved it but I will still not get in the ocean.
The rest of the day went a little like this, lazy river, wave pool, lunch, lazy river and wave pool. I had no idea that the Tsunami wave in the wave pool was a VERY good description on their part. I thought it would be a nice size wave that we could just float over. Boy was I wrong! It should have been a clue when Delaine, Gary and the baby were hanging out at the start of the pool! So we are way out there enjoying the water when a whistle blows and all I see is a huge wave headed right for me and Jaden! There was nothing to do except run!(as much as you can run in water) when the wave hit me I lifted Jaden over my head and went under water! It sucked! Luckily Jaden was ok but my sun glasses were history! So I had to drop $30 for some Disney glasses. Needless to say we spent the rest of the time on shore where the little girls played in a shower!(and yes Jaden lost her swimsuit bottoms. Her tiny butt just wouldn't hold them up!)








Before long we had to say goodbye to Delaine and her family because they were leaving the next day while we were staying on. Hugs all around!

We headed back to our hotel for a LONG nap! Jaden slept so well that I decided Jaden and I would get a season pass to our water park at the zoo. Cant wait for those weekly long naps!!!

The day started off well but it ended very badly. My brother called that evening to let me know that my little Kayleigh had run away and they could not find her! Now Kayleigh is my little yorky who only weighs 5 pounds! The whole night I worried about where she was and if she was being eaten by some wild animal!
