Ok as of today we have waited 38 months since we were LID. That would be 32 more months then what we were told. But what can we do we can either wait it out or give up on our daughter. We never thought we would wait this long. Just when we thought that the end was near and we would see her face something else happens to change the game. This time it just happens to be the swine flu or if I am to be politically correct the H1N1 virus. Or if I want to be truthful the FLU!!!
Our agency does not want to come out and say that the flu is the reason for the holdup but come on people that is the reason.
I do not blame Ch*na for being careful because they do not want a replay of Sars. I am hoping that Ch*na will have the same thing happen there that has happened here and that it will blow over after two weeks. If not we are in for the long haul. Once they resume referrals we have a VERY good chance at being in that batch! So for now we keep our fingers crossed and hope everything works out and we hope Jaden is safe and healthy. We know that she is born and just waiting for us.
So for those of you we do not speak too day to day that is what is going on. We are still waiting and still suffering! Hopefully the wonderful ending to this roller coaster ride will come sooner rather than later.
